For nearly 20 years I have made myself a student of the car business in Ontario, Canada. I started by selling cars which lead to Sales Management which finally lead to dealership General Management. I have been trained by some of the best and have had the opportunity to work with some amazing brands. My passion however has always been in training others... So here I am, I have partnered with PETER HUBBARD and SHANE BOLSTER to provide what I believe to be the BEST REAL WORLD AUTOMOTIVE SALES TRAINING that the business has ever seen!
We all know that finding and keeping good people has never been harder. Having a DEFINED SALES PROCESS creates a culture of accountability, security and success for everyone involved. The sales people know what to do each time, the managers can catch them doing things right and can coach them back on track easily if something comes off the rails. All of this leads to PROFIT and LONG TERM STAFF and as an extension, HAPPY CUSTOMERS!
After our initial "Introduction to the Car Business" session. You will be set free to land your dream job (with my help and advice of course). Once you're working in a dealership, we will have six scheduled bi-weekly calls (to get you through your first 90 days in the business) where we will work through everything you have experienced so far in a safe environment away from your store management. Your new teammates won't know what got into you!
