You will learn how to get an OMVIC license (in Ontario), interview tips, dealership organizational structure (and what each role is responsible for), pay plans, industry terms, proper sales process and all other important information to let you hit the ground running.
Over a 4 hour video call we will ensure that when you walk into that dealership, you are ready to start making money. This course covers way more than any dealership "orientation" would ever cover. Give yourself a leg up over the other "green peas"!
Once you have started your new career, I will still be by your side through your first 90 days of employment. There will be some things that you won't want to ask your dealership management team. That's where I come in!
In order to be a true professional and a student of the car business, you will need to hear the perspectives of many. You might be getting sales training from your dealership, but it won't be what you will be getting from me. Imagine wowing your sales team with a close they have never heard before, or showing your Sales Manager a new way to look at a deal... That's where I come in!
