A La Carte Training

Single day - Focused topic training

The Retail Lease

In this course we cover everything from the common terms and definitions used within an automotive lease to the features and benefits of leasing followed by when, why and HOW to present a vehicle lease quote.  Entirely designed to increase your dealership's lease penetration!

Negotiation Training

In this course we discuss price proposal presentations.  Understanding the CONDITIONAL and UNCONDITIONAL buyer.  Identifying the "unit of one".  Objection handling.  Exit Management strategies and finally Be-Back Management strategies.  This is GOOD STUFF!

Internet/Phone Training

In this course we discuss the proper handling of incoming leads to either a BDC or sales floor.  We implement proper language, followup cadence and industry best practices to ensure high appointment show and close ratios.

Service Upgrade

In this course we install a Service Exchange culture/program into your dealership.  Showing you how to properly harvest your service clients, turning them back into sales customers... And how to do this daily.

Flavor of the Month

Having an issue with your test drive ratio?  Trade closing percentage?  Be-Back ratio?  Whatever it is, we've been through it.  Let's discuss, I'm sure I will have a tool in my toolbox to fix the problem.
